George Bailey has been an accomplished captain for Australia in ODI and T20; his stint with Kings XIPunjab was a disappointing one. His international record notwithstanding, Bailey netted with just 16 wins from 36 matches; under him, the team finished last in 2015 after being runners-up in 2014 with a win percentage of 44.44.
- Rahul Dravid
Rahul Dravid symbolizes everything great and dignified in international scorecards with successful performance and leadership. He was known throughout the years for his disciplined approach and contributions to Indian cricket; however, in the IPL, he did not cut much ice as a captain of the Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals. Though he won 22 games and lost 26, Dravid’s win percentage remains at 45.83.
